- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil, extra-virgin
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 TB Garlic Powder
- 3 TB Dried Basil
- 1 1/2 TB Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1 t White Pepper
- 1/8 t Cayenne Pepper
- 1 TB Fresh Garlic, crushed
- Mix all ingredients in large Ziplock bag and add meat.
- Refrigerate up to 8 hours, turning the bag over periodically.
- Cook meat as desired.

Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 1/3 C fresh cilantro
- 2/3 C fresh parsley
- 1/4 C white onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 C white wine vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushes red pepper
- Add ingredients to blender and mix until puréed.
